Trial Stay at Tierhotel Königreich
Trial Stay at Tierhotel Königreich
A new place, unfamiliar dogs, and lots of new smells – staying at a dog hotel is a big change for any dog. That’s why it’s important to us that your dog feels safe and at ease before joining us for a longer stay.
To ensure a smooth start, we require every new guest to complete a three-day trial stay before their first full booking. This gives your dog the chance to settle in gradually – and gives us the opportunity to get to know them properly.
During the trial period, your dog will take part in our normal daily routine: time with the group, play sessions, rest breaks, and quiet time. This helps us observe how your dog copes in a group environment, whether they’re able to relax, and how well they adjust to their new surroundings.
Please note: Trial stays are only available outside of school holiday periods to ensure a calm and stable environment during this important settling-in phase.
We also kindly ask that you remain available by phone during the trial stay, in case your dog struggles to settle. This is rarely necessary, but in such a case, we may ask you to collect your dog early.
